SHAPING THE SPACE AROUND STORY
Warren’s eclectic tastes and passion for storytelling quickly led him to the world of filmmaking. His critical attention to detail and his collaborative ability to capture and render the visions of singular cinematic voices, has led him to create a visually eclectic and stunning body of work. Warren recognizes how more than ever in today’s world of design for screen, live events and promotional media great design is a combination of all those ingredients effectively utilized, rendering a finished result which looks and feels perfect for the story, but also best utilizes resources. Great, effective design is also the result of applying each ingredient in amounts appropriate to the project at hand.

BORN
&
RAISED
“At the age of 7 LEGOS changed my life”.
Native Angeleno, Warren Alan Young found inspirational freedom early through these malleable building blocks. The formative experience of spending hours creating objects and entire worlds free of the limitations of Lincoln Logs and Tinker Toys lead him to a secondary education as an interior designer and later found him knee deep in the world of filmmaking. After many years refining his craft in the entertainment industry (small and large screen, stage, live events) Warren continues to create colorful worlds and sets that exude character. His diverse mix of feature film, TV and streaming credits include, the Polish Brother’s Twin Falls Idaho, Marvel’s Runaways (pilot and season 1), the John Ridley anthology series American Crime (seasons 1 and 2), the feature film Harriet, Noah Hawley’s Fargo (seasons 1, 2 and 4), The Terminal List (pilot and season 1), Apple+ limited series, The Big Cigar, and more recently Government Cheese, also for Apple+. Upcoming projects include the release of Spider-Noir, which will premiere on Amazon Prime in 2026. Warren also continues work as a photographer, interior designer, and furniture designer, from his Los Angles home base studio which he shares with his wife and creative collaborator, and their sons ages 9 and 3.
